Scottish Rite Valley of Jacksonville Charitable Foundation Inc.

965 Hubbard St was built in 1926 for the express purpose of giving the citizens in the Jacksonville a place to organize their improvement of themselves and their communities. 

It has fulfilled that task and should be preserved for that alone,

but also for it's ability to continue these effects long into the future.
